Yesterday's supper

I made a broiled tofu and miso soup with mushrooms and onions. This tofu was a little unique menu because it was cooked tofu with ginger and mayonnaise. After I tasted it, I noticed two improvements. First of all, I wanted to eat more strong taste. Next time I make this menu, I want to make more strong taste one. Secondly, I used only one vegetable, onion. I had better to use brightly colored vegetables. I want to brush up my cooking skills. I like tofu and it is cheap, so I buy it every time I go to supermarket. (100 words)

Hello. I’m Yoshiko. I’m very glad to stay with you in this summer. Let me tell you about myself. I study English at KGU. I’m interested in foreign languages, especially English. These days, I have started to study French and Korean. I want to be able to teach Japanese to foreigners, if you are interested in Japanese, I want to teach you as much as I can.

Cooking

I like cooking these days because I can cook better day by day. I didn't like to cook when I started to live alone. However, I found the site of "cook pad." It is the web site that many people introduce their original recipe. There are various kinds of recipes. I often use this site and make meals. Thanks for this site, I become to like cooking and use various vegetables. I want to try to make desert this weekend. I have only made yogurt cake once. I'll try to make and remember more recipe. In addition, I want to learn from my mother when I go back to my hometown in this Golden Week. I'm looking forward to learn from her. (125 words)

Bowling

I went to Suizenji Ster Lane to bowl with my circle members. I played two games. At first game, I started so-so score. However, I got one spare and one strike one after another! After that, I was very happy to get some strikes. At second game, I recorded too bad score. I was made to think that first game's score was miracle.
I had a exciting time. I talked to some freshmen who I have never talked to. I want to become better friends with them and other freshmen. (90 words)

Best miso soup

Yesterday's supper was a tofu steak and miso soup. The tofu steak was told by my mother. It's a my mother's original recipe. I want to make it like her but her tofu steak tastes better than me. I'll practice to cook hard. Talking about yesterday's miso soup, it was the best taste than I have ever made. I was very grad after I drank it.
