Yesterday's supper

I made a broiled tofu and miso soup with mushrooms and onions. This tofu was a little unique menu because it was cooked tofu with ginger and mayonnaise. After I tasted it, I noticed two improvements. First of all, I wanted to eat more strong taste. Next time I make this menu, I want to make more strong taste one. Secondly, I used only one vegetable, onion. I had better to use brightly colored vegetables. I want to brush up my cooking skills. I like tofu and it is cheap, so I buy it every time I go to supermarket. (100 words)
