GRATIN AND GRATIN!

These days, I wanted to cook and eat gratin very much. So I decided to cook two kinds of gratin. One was udon gratin and the other was potato gratin. On last Tuesday, I cooked udon gratin which I had never eaten. It was really easy to cook because it took only fifteen minutes to cook and ten minutes to bake. After the gratin was baked, I eat it soon even if it was hot. It tasted good and it became one of my favorite dishes. I wanted to eat it by many people.

I cooked potato gratin yesterday. The way of making it was almost same as udon gratin because I made some white sauce. The gratin was delicious too, I regretted because I didn't felt enough after I finished eating it. I want to try to cook various kinds of grain!! (144 words)

In this story, Jack and Annie were not in danger. In stead of them, Black Hawk who was their friend was facing danger. He seemed to show his bravery to them but he couldn't do that.

It made me feel sad that the number of Bison was decreasing because of immigrants. Black's family saved Bison to restrict hunting. Fortunately, some people realized the fact that Bison was likely to die out. It was a good story to recognize the selfishness of human to animal anew.

A staff of wedding

Yesterday, I worked as a staff of wedding at KKR. It was a first time to work and I became tense. I went there with a friend of mine, Noriko. She introduced it to me because of lack of the staff. I wanted to work at a wedding hall for once so I decided to go there.
After we arrived, we were said to wear a Chinese silk dress! I was very surprised because I had never worn it. Then, she taught me to pour champagne into glasses. It was difficult not to spill it. After I practiced to do that, the work started. I was get into a panic but I had to work. Unexpectedly, I made a mistake to greet guests. Sometimes I was warned to find something to do by myself but I could finish working without big mistakes. It was a great opportunity to me. (148 words and total 5,295 words)

these days

These days, I cook the dishes by myself. it is more days of a week than last year. I am crazy about potato recently, so i often use it. one of my favorite recipe is potato with onion and winner. it is very easy to cook and delicious. I make it once a week. I want to try to potato gratin soon. when I first found the recipe, it made me want to cook first. it seems that it is needed much time to cook, so I want to try it on weekend or holiday. I also want to try to make udon gratin because I have never eaten it and it sounds interesting for me. there are a few recipe of it because it is not a famous dish. (130 words)
