Cooking




These days, I enjoy cooking very much. I especially enjoy making gratins. I may make gratins once or twice a week. I make efforts not to get tired of having gratins. In order to do that, I cook various kinds of gratin; tofu gratin, spinach gratin, curry gratin Doria and so on. It is interesting to look for recipes of gratin on the Web sites. I want to be good at making gratin better than now. If I can make a gratin which I satisfy, I want to make it to my family and friends. (95 words)
